As you know, Abraham has had trouble growing hair. But today, we found a cure for his follicle frustrations. Ariel donated 13 inches of her hair to Abe.
Ariel came home from the haircuttress place today, and wow! My girl is a first class knock-out! She hasn't had hair this short since the tiny age of 8.
It's true, I loved her full, flowing hair, but this will be a fun, festive change.
And she actually will donate it to someone suffering from cancer, who will undoubtedly look great with her hair. Abe will stick to his new winter jammy hat to keep his head warm.

You look beautiful!!! So brave, I don't think I would be able to do that. Every time I cut my hair off i cry about it for days. But I do it pretty often actually... Anyway you look amazing!

You guys were in my dream last night by the way. I dreamed that our family went to Lagoon for some reason and I was the only one of us there at first. And then I decided to climb up to the bungee jumping tower. And then I jumped into one of them and went without paying or asking. And then I saw that Abby did the same thing right after me. And then I looked over and I saw Andrew and Ariel and Abe ALL squished into one! And we were all just bouncing around together and everyone else was freaking out. And then they took us down and we got in really big trouble and when we got kicked out I said "Well at least we can say that we did that now." And we all went to go be in Into the Woods, directed by Mrs. Edwards.

I love it!! It is always scary to cut that much off (it took me over a year to work up the courage), but it makes it easier knowing that it is going to a good cause. It looks absolutely fabuous!
